This property was finished in 2008 and has just been fully furnished in a modern style and has plenty of storage space in all of the bedrooms.
Two bedrooms have double beds and two bedrooms have twin single beds. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with close access to the bathroom.
Two of the upstairs bedrooms have access to the terrace. On the ground floor there is a covered terrace which provides shade and overlooks the pool and gardens which wrap around the property.
There are electronic gates with parking for two cars and an intercom entry system for pedestrian access. The plot size is just under 600 square metres with an automatic timed irrigation system for the garden.
The pool which is 8 metres by 4 metres ranges in depth from 1 metre to 1.35 metres.
