The villa has hot and cold air conditioning in the living area, central heating throughout and a working log fire. It is fully furnished in a comfortable modern style. The living room has a TV, DVD and satellite channels.
The kitchen has fitted cupboards and worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board and a collapsible clothes airer/dryer and a hairdryer.
The washer dryer is located in the downstairs bathroom as is the custom in Croatia. There are two fully equipped tiled bathrooms ( one on each floor ) - downstairs with an all over shower system, wash basin with illuminated mirror and w.c. - and upstairs with bidet, w.c., jacuzzi bath with shower over and a wash basin with illuminated mirror.
